    Product Description

    Air springs are commonly used in bark peeling machines to provide shock absorption and isolation from vibrations. An air spring consists of a cylindrical elastomeric bellow sealed between two end plates to form a chamber. When compressed air is added to the chamber, the bellow expands and lifts the upper plate, lifting the load on top of the air spring. The air spring provides a cushion-like effect that isolates the load from shocks and vibrations. The amount of load carried by the air spring can be adjusted by varying the air pressure in the chamber.
