Attention Must be Paid When Installation the AIRSUSTECH Air Springs:
In designs that use air springs, care must be taken to ensure that
no sharp edges are in contact with the springs of the spring
element. This must verify maximum expansion and zero pressure
operation, particularly for leaf and sleeve rolled leaf springs,
which is a reduction in surface pressure drop in the gap between
the meniscus and the piston support. The outer envelope of the air
spring must clear the maximum air spring of 2 inches in diameter to
allow for normal growth and misalignment.
