• Air springs are used in numerous mechanical devices to cushion and absorb vibrations, control movement, or increase pressure. Compared to cylinders or other elastic elements with the same function, air springs are simple in design, operate reliably, do not require complex parameter calculations or structural design, have no seal leaks, are easy to use and maintain, and have a long service life.
• During the stamping process of stamped parts such as car covers and doors, the necessary buffer devices must be used. The buffer must withstand large periodic shock loads during transportation, and its performance directly affects the processing accuracy of the product. Using air springs as buffers can reduce processing costs and ensure processing accuracy. During material transportation, the silo is driven by a vibrator to evenly mix the materials or allow them to flow into the silo. Vibrations can lead to fatigue or even damage to the silo support, so vibration isolation devices must be used.
• Greater flexibility can be achieved through the use of air springs. By adjusting the spring filling volume, different workload and height requirements can be met without compromising the vibration isolation effect.

Established in 2008, Our company covers 20,000㎡ and is located in Taihe Town Baiyun District. With the rapid development of our company, we are equipped with modernized workshop and advanced rubber air springs equipments now. We are the first company who started air spring business and has become one of the largest air spring manufacturing bases in China.

In 2017, we launched a collaboration with High Tech of US customers to customize the products of our customers and the logo of our customers. Every year, there are about 10,000 orders. In continuous cooperation, the products meet the international inspection standard ISO/TS16949:2009, and the customers are very satisfied with the products produced. Then we developed air compressor program and air spring related business, in 2015, America Goodyear Corporation met with the transfer of shares in the North American plant, our company was granted with sale agent for air springs in China, providing more choice for our customers.
