Precautions When Installing Air Springs

1. Air springs must not be pressurized unless restrained by an external frame or appropriate load.
2. Travel must be directly limited by shock absorbers or external stops. When stacking air springs, special care must be taken to ensure that the air springs are guided and secured.
3. The air spring is a single-acting air cylinder and must not be used below atmospheric pressure.
4. If it compresses quickly, check for overpressure.
