About Rubber Air Spring

Rubber air spring (referred to as rubber air bag) is filled with compressed gas (air pressure 0.5-1Mpa) in a sealed container, and uses the compressibility of the gas to realize its spring effect. The stiffness of this spring is variable, and when the load acting on the spring increases, the quantitative gas in the container is compressed, and as the air pressure increases, the stiffness of the spring increases. Conversely, when the load decreases, the air pressure in the spring decreases and the stiffness decreases. In this way, the rubber airbag has ideal elasticity. There are two types of rubber air springs: capsule type and membrane type. The bladder rubber air spring is composed of a rubber air bag with a cord and compressed air enclosed in it. The inner layer of the bladder is made of air-tight rubber, while the outer layer is made of oil-resistant rubber. The upper and lower cover plates of the air bag seal the air bag.
