About Air Spring
Rubber air spring
The rubber air spring is a kind of rubber element that is formed by
the cord layer, the inner and outer rubber layer or the steel wire
ring after being formed and vulcanized to form a flexible body,
which realizes the elastic function by using the compressibility of
inflated air. Commonly known as air springs, rubber air bags, air
bags, etc.
Rubber air spring assembly
The rubber air spring, the upper base, the lower base (piston) and
the buffer pad are assembled to form a whole with a closed air
chamber.
Load capacity
The size of the outward thrust of the rubber air spring assembly
through the end faces of the upper and lower bases under certain
internal pressure and height conditions, that is, the size of the
outward extension of the rubber air spring.
Assembly design height
A distance set between the upper and lower base end faces of the
rubber air spring assembly. This distance is the origin of the
deformation of the rubber air spring, and the rubber air spring
vibrates up and down at the origin when it works.
Working pressure
The air pressure allowed to be charged into the rubber air spring
at the design height of the assembly is generally selected within
the range of 0.4-0.8MPA.
Maximum height
The rubber air spring assembly is the maximum allowable height that
can be stretched after charging the maximum working air pressure at
the design height.
Minimum height
The height of the rubber air spring assembly when it is compressed
to the limit position after being charged with the maximum working
air pressure at the design height.
