About convoluted air spring

What is a double convoluted Air Spring? There is a belt in the middle of the air spring. This belt is called an air spring hoop, and the number of this hoop is one of the basic elements to distinguish the number of bellow.

The double convoluted industrial air spring is a curved capsule made of rubber mesh. The two ends of the capsule need to be connected with two steel plates to form two compressed air chambers. The rubber and the wire itself do not provide load bearing capacity, but are completed by the compressed air filled in the capsule. The hyperbolic industrial air spring is an excellent low-frequency vibration isolator, which relies on the pressure change of the compressed air in the rubber bag to achieve the required stiffness. At present, the hyperbolic industrial air spring is widely used in precision instruments, precision machinery and special equipment low frequency vibration isolation.
