Air spring components

Air fitting: A tapped hole allowing for the spring to be fed from the air compressor
Nut/bolt/mount: The method for attaching the air spring to the component. Some air springs incorporate a bolt and air fitting combination device.
Bead plate: Crimped metal plate enclosing the spring and allowing attachment. This is typically forged steel, cast zinc alloy or cast aluminum.
Bellows: The physical, multi-layer material withholding the compressed gas. Usually made of neoprene or rubber.
Girdle: Only found in air springs of convoluted design, separating the bellows chambers.
Bumper: An optional layer of padding protecting the piston from damage if the air spring fails.

Application

Air springs can be used in various mechanical devices for cushioning, shock absorption, motion control or pressurization. Compared with cylinders or other elastic elements with the same function, the air spring has simple structure, reliable operation, no complicated parameter calculation and structural design, no seal leakage problem, convenient use and maintenance, and long service life. If the air spring is used as the buffer, the processing cost can be reduced and the processing accuracy can be guaranteed.

Established in 2008, Our company covers 20,000㎡ and is located in Taihe Town Baiyun District. With the rapid development of our company, we are equipped with modernized workshop and advanced rubber air springs equipments now. We are the first company who started air spring business and has become one of the largest air spring manufacturing bases in China.

In 2017, we launched a collaboration with High Tech of US customers to customize the products of our customers and the logo of our customers. Every year, there are about 10,000 orders.
