About air spring

GUOMAT air spring is a high-tech elastic bellows with metal end caps. Our standard air springs generally consist of 4 layers.
1. One layer of calendered rubber lining
2. The first layer of cord strengthens the skeleton layer
3. The second layer of cord strengthens the skeleton layer
4. One layer of calendered rubber outer glue.
If you have special requirements for the compressive strength of the air spring, please contact our technical department, and a special model with 4 layers of reinforced ply can also be customized.

The rubber airbag is an inflatable and shrinkable inner mold of different shapes that is vulcanized by using the polymer properties of rubber and high-strength fiber cloth (the product is made of vulcanized rubber and fiber reinforcement layer, which has high resistance compressive strength, elasticity and airtightness), after being filled with compressed air, the airbag stretches and expands to meet the design requirements of its section, the inflation pressure is determined according to the manufacturer's logo, and the capsule can be drawn out from the cavity. It is easy to use, economical and durable, When inflated, it is soft and shrinkable, can be folded and curled arbitrarily, and has enough strength to withstand the pressure of concrete after inflated.
