Phoenix Air Spring is an innovative and highly efficient machine
air spring, made with top plate DIA of 110mm. It is designed with a
double convolution with metal parts and 2 pcs M10 bolts on one
plate. Phoenix Air Spring offers a wide stroke range, from min. 75
to max. 230, and comes with an air inlet of G1/4. It is a reliable
and durable air spring perfect for heavy-duty applications.
Features:
Crimp plates are an important part of air springs, used to connect
the airspring bellows to the vehicle frame or equipment. This
connection is necessary to ensure that the buffer limits the
shortest stroke of the air spring, allowing for emergeny operations
while still protecting the actual elastic elements - internal
reinforcement, cord stabilizing brackets, and an external covering
of vulcanized natural rubber.
The clamping plate and the piston also play a major role in the
operation of the air spring. The clamping plate (which can be
vulcanized or constructed as a real clamping plate) provides a
connection between the air spring and the piston, enabling it to
move up and down and providing some vibration reduction. At the
same time, the center ring, which is essential to stabilizing the
air spring and cannot be deformed or distorted, establishes a
connection between the air spring and the axle.
